These month-long courses are designed to push you further as the camp progresses, preventing you from having to fight through a plateau.


The best part? You only need to attend three times per week to see noticeable results, although it is offered five days a week!

Boot Camp works on a four week on, one week off schedule. 


Class is offered Monday - Friday and each class is approximately an hour long. 


The program is designed to allow people who are new to fitness to workout side by side with people who have been doing this for months.
